Seacliff House is situated on the South Coast in New South Wales, Gerringong. It is just two hours drive from Sydney CBD. This property is set in a protected area of rolling green dairy country hills with views to the Pacific Ocean. It’s a beautiful place to stay or host your special event.

The ocean is surrounded by rolling green hills and dairy cows that cascade down to the coast. This setting is ideal for couples who want to have a romantic wedding.
The South Coast of NSW has a special place. It was settled by Irish immigrants who found the area’s landscape reminiscent of their home. It’s easy to reach from Sydney, but it’s more than that. It’s like being transported into another world.
Seacliff House is located three minutes from Gerringong, a lively town full of shops, restaurants, and cafes. Werri beach is also within easy reach. It is one of the best surfing beaches in the area. South Werri has a right-hand point break that is great for surfing, when it’s functioning. The North End of Werri can also be a great spot for surfing (when the South end has flats). However, the beach is well-known because it boasts many beaches that offer great waves.
Seacliff House is a right-hand turn that will take you to Kiama, a coastal town. The seven-minute drive along this winding coastline provides unbeatable views of the South Coast. It’s a short drive from Berry, home to trendy shops, artisan markets, delicious bakeries, and cafes, as the upgrade of the freeway is nearing completion.
Gerroa, a charming seaside town located on 7-Mile Beach, is just five minutes away from Gerringong. It has a lot of wonderful accommodation for wedding guests. Even if you’re not planning on staying at Seacliff, Gerroa, Berry and Berry all offer great options. South Coast Holidays is your best option. You can create your own unique, magical wedding at the venue. Seacliff House has room for 150 guests and can provide local suppliers with expert advice. Seacliff House has great relationships with local suppliers. Vanessa, from Wedding and Event Creators, has designed many stunning weddings at Seacliff House. The Co-operative in Gerringong is another popular venue for after or before parties. It has been in business since the 1800’s, and has plenty of character. Seacliff House is located on five acres of protected land. This means that the views cannot be obstructed. The 360-degree view, covering 500 acres plus, of the land is what makes it even more remarkable. It borders a Wagyu beef ranch across the highway and a dairy farm to its north. Seacliff has an approved DA for weddings and events. Make sure the venue meets all local requirements.
Built in late 1980’s, the house was purchased by Brendan and Amanda in 2015. They quickly renovated the house with skylights. The colour palette was also changed to reflect the property’s open spaces. The house was furnished by Amanda and Brendan, both avid decorators. It is comfortable, homely and has great spaces for entertaining. Brendan and Amanda believe that a home is not a holiday property. It takes time and it’s important to take your time in order to create a space that feels special. Seacliff House is able to accomplish that goal, according to them. Seacliff guests, their family and friends feel relaxed as soon as they arrive.
This house has five bedrooms and three and a quarter bathrooms. It is contemporary designed.
The property’s old farm shed was transformed into a beautiful Barn in November 2017. This stunning barn overlooks the breathtaking ocean views Seacliff House is known for. The barn’s eastern view side will have black steel frames running from floor to ceiling. Concrete floors will be laid and a sandstone fireplace will be available for those colder months.
